I ordered my keyboard in early November and it’s tentatively expected to arrive in March. Confidence: low. I was understanding for a month or two but this is ridiculous. Customer service in December pretty much just shrugged and said sorry. No discount offers, no explanation, nothing. Just sorry. Again, I understand with COVID but I paid 130 dollars and it’s been months and how it updates to show it’ll take another month every time I get close to the estimate date makes me think this is a scam and they’ll never actually have it in stock.
I purchased the wrong keyboards for my son and had to return it the next day. If you pay attention on their web: there is no return policy, you have to contact customer support, they will request pictures of your item, ask about the mechanical damage or a spill. In my case I had no damage, sent the detailed pictures. First, you pay return shipping on your own, then they deduct their shipping cost and then they will assess the "cleaning fees". You will be lucky if you get some of your money back.They claimed my 1 day old keyboard had a spill (a lie) and needed a cleaning, deducted $33, plus my shipping. Beware.I can only imagine what is like when you have a real issues. Purchase from reputable compnies only.

I have seen many reviews like my own explaining how customers have ordered their keyboards as a pre-order and MechanicalKeyboards not actually having any of their products for over half a year. In my case it has been 4 months with no new updates. I have tried contacting them by asking when my shipment would arrive, but they have just replied with the same generic answer about how pre-orders are not up to them. You can even check other reviews down below and they only give the same generic answers.
I understand that pre-orders may not be in their controls (as they claim), however I do not think it is very professional for a company like them to sell their merchandise as "pre-orders" when they themselves know nothing about the possible arrival dates. Why make pre-orders when your products couldn't even arrive in half a year? Things like that just seemed very silly to me.
I ordered some keycaps and the product did not exactly match the photo on the product listing.
I would've given a 3-star rating for the product, but the service made me reconsider the entire shopping experience. Customer Service is 5-stars, so I'll settle on an average total of 4-stars.
I reached out to support and they cleared up some confusion about terminology.
Isaac is knowledgeable, while also being attentive to small details. We were able to quickly and reasonably negotiate a satisfactory resolution.
I trust mechanicalkeyboards.com and I would gladly shop with them again.
I ordered a keyboard in early-mid December that was a pre-order that was supposed to be in around December 20th. On their Twitter they tweeted they were in around February 15th which is still okay I get these pre-orders can change especially with everything going on the issue is after they posted again on their Twitter that it took them almost a month to ship them out (not even to the point yet) I waited almost 2 weeks and no tracking number I called and they said that mine will be on the next batch in March around the 15-18th (even though when i ordered it, it was the December batch). How is it that bad, literally I would NEVER have bought this if I knew it be 6 months (if not longer at this point) for me to get it, and I just checked their site it's saying a "low Chance will be in by April. HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT LIES AND YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO EVER GET YOUR KEYBOARD.
I've purchased a number of keyboards from these guys and have generally had a great experience, but with my last purchase FedEx had an issue in their routing and ended up sending it back to them without it even being out for delivery. In response, Mechanical Keyboards wants me to pay for shipping again even though I had absolutely nothing to do with this. I can't believe this counts for customer service in 2021. Will not be buying from or recommending them ever again.

At the beginning, the package arrived but it didn't have all the items I bought, so I emailed them and they replied within minutes asking for verification. We managed to solve the issue within an hour!
Super good customer service. The staff answeared my questions concerning pre-ordered items and additional purchases very fast via email. I had no problem adding another item to an already made order (this way i didn’t have to pay the shipping fee twice). Thumbs up for mechanicalkeyboards.com! Will be ordering from here again!

I recently decided to return a purchase and was confused on why I only received partial credit however customer support explained the situation to me and after some back and forth returned the rest of it.
They have fast shipping and good products but be cautious of their return policies if you are planning to return a product!

I ordered a keyboard last week and paid for 3 day shipping. They were quick to get it shipped out... however, the package has yet to arrive and the tracking no longer shows a delivery date.
I contacted support and they stated that 3 day shipments usually have problems and that I should not worry about it. I have purchased from this company before, but will avoid doing so in the future.
Update:
I was refunded the cost for 3 day shipping. I eventually received my keyboard. I was informed that USPS has an issue with delivering these packages and that this was completely normal.
This company continues to offer the 3 day shipping knowing that USPS will likely have a long delay and appear to lose package. Company needs to update their site to reflect this.
I ordered my keyboard at 9:30PM and it was shipped out at 7:30AM the next day and I had my keyboard the following day. Great packaging, fast shipping, and I got exactly what I ordered.
The prices on the websites were fairly cheap and I did not mind it however when I payed the CHEAPEST shipping fee of $27 dollars I expected it to take a couple days. Instead it was sent through DHL Express who charged me an additional $31 dollars in custom fees depiste the fact I'm only one country over.
I tried to find the disclaimer about customs fees and it is hidden away in a little FAQ page. I will not be buying from these guys again.
COMPLETE RIP OFF, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
